โœ… Team Check-In Instructions โ€“ Please Read Carefully

To avoid confusion and delays, please read and understand the following check-in requirements:

๐Ÿ“ Mandatory Check-In

  • All teams must check in on Saturday, August 9, 2025, at least 60 minutes prior to their first scheduled game.

  • Players do NOT need to be present for check-in.


๐Ÿ“ Game Card & Roster Requirements

  • A game card will be issued to each team at check-in.

  • This card will include your official tournament roster, pulled directly from GotSport under your โ€œAnaheim FC Summer Showcaseโ€ roster.

  • You may manually add players up until your first game begins.

    โš ๏ธ No players can be added after the first game starts.


๐ŸŽซ Player ID Cards

  • Be prepared to present laminated US Club Soccer player cards or virtual ID cards if verification is requested.


๐Ÿ”„ Game Card Handling

  • Always drop off your game card with the Field Marshal before each match.

  • Pick it up again after the game โ€” this is how scores are officially recorded.

    โ—No Game Card = No Score Entered.


โ„๏ธ Roster Freeze Policy

  • Rosters are frozen on Saturday, August 9, 2025, at the time of your official team check-in.


๐Ÿ“ Maximum Roster Sizes

  • U6โ€“U10 (2020โ€“2016): 12 players max

  • U11โ€“U12 (2015โ€“2014): 16 players max

  • U13โ€“U14 (2013โ€“2012): 22 players max (18 per game)

  • U15โ€“U19 (2011โ€“2007): 22 players max (18 per game)


 

๐Ÿ” Player ID Card Policy

To participate in the 2025 Anaheim FC Summer Showcase, all players (including guest players) must have valid, current Player ID Cards issued by the same National Association.

โœ… Accepted National Associations

  • USYS (All State Associations)

  • US Club Soccer

  • USSA

  • AYSO

โš ๏ธ Mixed Player Cards Are Not Allowed
All players on a roster must be registered under one governing body. No exceptions.
Teams with a mix of player cards from different associations will be disqualified from participation.


๐Ÿ‘ค Guest Player Guidelines

  • Guest players must have Player ID Cards issued under the same National Association as the team they are joining.

  • If a guest player does not have the correct ID Card, they will be ineligible to play.

โžก๏ธ Need to obtain a valid ID Card for a guest player?
Contact your Club or Organizationโ€™s Registrar and request they register the player under the same National Association your team is affiliated with.
